Chef John Shaw has created a tempting menu of “classic Maine” favorites like New England clam chowder, lobster rolls and baked haddock plus Asian-inspired dishes including lobster spring rolls, tuna poke bowl and Thai steak and noodle salad. For lighter fare, we offer sandwiches, burgers and snacks for sharing plus satisfying entrées like grilled salmon, pan seared halibut and grilled ribeye.
