Dive into a collaborative world of Rosella’s locally-raised and sustainably-sourced sushi and Magnus on Water’s Peruvian-inspired comfort food with a twist! As they intertwine the flavors of spice, zest, savory, and sweet through their creations, be prepared for a culinary journey like no other. Expect a 6-course menu collaboration where each bite is familiar to each restaurant with a marriage of flavor influences from Chef Matt Kramer of Rosella and Chef Rafael Zimmerman of Magnus, alongside a special beverage menu for the evening on Wednesday, March 27th, located at Rosella’s restaurant in Lower Village Kennebunk.
